Intimacy Expert Zhang Xinyuan Shares Stage with Global Sexology Leaders at 2026 She-Industry Conference

HANGZHOU, China, March 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The 2026 Yuboshi Women’s Health She-Industry Conference concluded Friday in Hangzhou, drawing more than 3,000 scholars, physicians and industry practitioners worldwide. Zhang Xinyuan, intimacy coach and founder of Vimi Wellness, joined the three-day event as a representative voice in China’s evolving women’s intimate-health sector.

The conference featured 120 professional forums and 30 women’s cultural exhibitions, assembling leading sexologists from the United States, Italy, the Czech Republic and Australia. Yuboshi and iResearch jointly released the “2026 China Women’s Intimate Health White Paper,” providing data benchmarks and trend analysis for the industry.

Global Voices Reshape Sexual Health Discourse

Keynote speakers included foundational figures in international sexology. Dr. Eli Coleman, professor emeritus at the University of Minnesota’s Program in Human Sexuality, argued that sexual health must shift from “problem-oriented” to “holistic well-being” frameworks. Dr. Emmanuele A. Jannini of the University of Rome Tor Vergata advanced the concept of “pleasure rights,” framing pleasure as an integral component of health rather than a luxury.

Dr. Barry R. Komisaruk, distinguished professor of psychology at Rutgers University, presented research on “central cross-sensitization,” demonstrating that chronic pain often originates in the central nervous system rather than affected organs. Dr. Jim Pfaus of the Czech National Institute of Mental Health offered neuroscientific perspectives on the formation of sexual preferences.

Chelsey Goodan, USA Today bestselling author and sex educator, launched the Chinese edition of her book What I Told My Daughter and announced the China expansion of “The Underestimated Power of Girls” initiative, focused on adolescent girls’ self-awareness and empowerment.

White Paper Debuts: Intimate Health Enters “Full-Cycle” Era

The Yuboshi-iResearch white paper surveyed 1,600 women who purchased intimate-health products or services in the past year, supplemented by in-depth interviews with eight users across age groups.

The report introduced the “PMBRF Model” (Physical, Mental, Behavioral, Relational, Feeling), decoding women’s intimate-health needs across life stages through five dimensions. Data showed 92.5% of respondents recognized intimate health’s importance, yet actual understanding remained physiological—psychological and relational dimensions remain underserved.

Knowledge acquisition channels revealed systemic gaps: 64.9% of women obtained information through short videos and social media, while school and family education accounted for only 11.7% and 14.3% respectively. Overall satisfaction with intimate-health products and services reached 85.4%, though standardization challenges persist industry-wide.

Zhang Xinyuan on Product-Driven Growth

At the product forum, Zhang delivered a keynote titled “Lessons from the Trailblazer,” distilling 17 years of operational experience in women’s health. She addressed three core questions: designing traffic entry points around products, identifying and reaching target users, and converting traffic into sustainable profit.

“The product itself is the best traffic gateway,” Zhang stated. “When a product genuinely solves core user needs, word-of-mouth becomes the most precise acquisition channel.” She outlined Vimi Wellness’s closed-loop model spanning online courses to offline medical services, detailing content operations and community management strategies that drive high-retention conversion.

Zhang’s 17-year industry tenure underpins this methodology. Vimi Wellness has accumulated 20,000+ paying students and 3,000+ members. In 2025, Zhang led a Guinness World Record attempt for largest female pelvic-floor exercise in Hainan’s Boao, and established the “Xinyuan Happiness Hub” MCN incubator in Hangzhou—continuing to validate the “product-as-gateway” thesis.

During the conference, Zhang exchanged views with Goodan on women’s personal development.

From Commerce to Cause: Industry Consensus Builds

Parallel cultural exhibitions drew substantial attendance, from marble sexology sculpture installations to historical women’s culture displays—reframing female embodiment through artistic language.

“We used to work behind closed doors; now we open the door and invite global standards in,” said Yuboshi founder Yu Na at the opening ceremony. From international academic alignment to white paper publication, from professional forums to cultural programming, the conference signaled a sectoral shift: women’s health is moving from fragmented individual operations toward systematic industry collaboration, from market opportunity to social responsibility.

The convergence of international perspectives, professional standards, user needs and industrial practice at this gathering suggests women’s health is being redefined for the decade ahead.

Note: “The Underestimated Power of Girls”: An ongoing U.S.-based empowerment initiative focused on awakening adolescent leadership, intergenerational healing among adult women, and reshaping “girl narratives” in families and society. The program deploys books, workshops and city tours in exclusive partnership with Yuboshi to launch activities and courses in China.
